Dear Parents and Students,

As you know, CMS has a Career Counselling Department to guide CMS students on making wise career choices. The CMS Career Counselling Deparment organizes meaningful seminars, workshops, career days and also guides students on a one-on-one basis.

Recently, the website of the CMS Career Counselling Department was launched on Monday, 20 July 2015 at CMS Gomtinagar Extension at the Meritorious Students' Felicitation Function.

This website is made keeping in mind the senior students and we invite you to visit it at: www.cmseducation.org/careercounselling/The aim of this website is to give meaningful information to the students and to help them choose the right career career in their interested stream. The website contains the information on stream-wise career classification and also connects you to its facebook page: www.facebook.com/cmsccd

Special Focus-- Study Abroad:
CMS students, over the years, have consistently produced the best results in the country and some of them have aspired to make it to the Ivy League Universities. A List of the top 100 universities in which our students must aspire to study has been placed in the Study Abroad Section of the website. This section also gives tips and steps to students to qualify for top-ranking Universities. It also gives an overview of standardized tests such as SAT and AP.

The website also gives information about the forthcoming events on career counselling and study -abroad guidance planned by CMS Career Counselling Department.

I congratulate Mr V.N. Garg, Director of Policy and Operations of CMS for his overall guidance and supervision of Career Counselling and Study Abroad Counselling Activities in CMS, and congratulate Mr Shishir Srivastava, Head of the Career Counselling Department for his sincere and consistent efforts.

I am sure that you and your children will make take the full advantage of this website and the services offered by our department.
